These terms apply to your use of MobilePrice.biz.pk (“MobilePrice”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

MobilePrice compares mobile phone prices from stores in Pakistan and shows each phone's specifications. Using the site is free.

We do not sell phones. We are not a party to any purchase you make: when you buy, you buy from the store, on the store's terms. Questions about stock, delivery, warranty, returns or PTA status are for the store.

Prices are collected from stores and other sources and checked daily or weekly. Stores change their prices, so a price here can be out of date by the time you see it. Specifications come from several sources and can contain mistakes.

Everything on MobilePrice is for information. The price and details on the store's own page are the ones that count, so check them before you buy. If you spot an error, email [email protected] and we will look into it.

MobilePrice links to stores and other websites that we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, prices, products or policies, and a link is not an endorsement.

You can sign in with your Google account to write for the blog. You are responsible for what is done with your account, so keep your Google account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Anyone can write a review, and anyone signed in can write a blog post. Blog posts are published once our team has reviewed them. When you post, you agree that your content:

• is honest and based on your own experience or research
• is your own work, or you have the right to publish it, including any images
• is not spam, advertising, abusive, misleading or unlawful
• does not include anyone's personal information

You keep ownership of what you write. You allow MobilePrice to publish and display it on the site, and to edit it for formatting. We may decline, edit or remove any review or post, for example if it breaks these terms. To have your own review or post removed, email [email protected].

• Copy large parts of the site or its database, or republish them as your own.
• Use automated tools in a way that overloads the site or gets around its limits.
• Try to break into accounts, the site or its systems.
• Pretend to be someone else, or post fake reviews.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The design, text and compiled database of MobilePrice belong to us. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back.

Phone names, brand names, store names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the phones and stores we compare, and this does not mean those companies endorse MobilePrice.

If you believe something on MobilePrice infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with a link to the page, the material concerned and proof that you own it. We will review it and remove the material if the complaint is valid.

MobilePrice is provided “as is”. We work to keep prices and specifications accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, correct or current, or that the site will always be available.

As far as the law allows, MobilePrice is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions or purchases based on information shown here, or anything done by a store or other website we link to.

We may change or stop any part of the site. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
